The end of the year is almost upon us, a time for reflection, gratitude and creating visions.
It is a time to cozy up on the sofa and spend time dreaming about the goodness that is ahead. It is also a time to release and let go of anything you want to leave behind that is no longer serving you.
This little worksheet is a small token of my gratitude for all of the goodness that came into my life this year. I’ve used this list in past years as an emotional de-cluttering to make room for dreams to grow, tending to my “virtual” garden.
This year, I decided to tidy it up into one bundle (vs. all of the slips of paper, various journal entries) and share it with YOU! Thanks again from the bottom of my heart for spending 2012 with me. I am deeply honored and grateful to have you here a few minutes each week. I would love to hear your thoughts on the worksheet in the comments below, or any 2013 reSOULutions you may have 😉

Me too, literal and emotional, and am still feeling more to do with the full moon tomorrow night. Sending you and yours much light to 2013!
Great workbook, Claire! Thanks!
Thank you Paula. Happy new year to you!
🙂 may 2013 be the best year yet!!!
I love this … so thorough. Especially the part about visualizing 2013 as if it has already happened. I looked forward to adding some of these questions to my already vast end of year ritual.
Happy New Year!
